OGSAN Research and Consulting Limited is an institutional development, research, training and consulting firm established in March 2010. The organization is registered in Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia.

OGSAN operates a liaison office in Mogadishu and regional offices in Doolow, Kismayo, Baidoa (Somalia), Nairobi (Kenya), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) and across the greater Horn of Africa.

As a privately owned consulting firm, OGSAN provides both international and local services across a wide range of sectors. The organization works towards advancing international development goals by strengthening institutional capacity through research, policy advisory services, training, and innovation-driven solutions.
